Ted is unbelievably adept at managing the work required to meet the mission of LSRA, using so few staff. He is amazing!

We need advocates to monetarily support the work. Putting out the fires everywhere is important, but to move to more strategic issues, additional manpower is needed.

I believe Ted is incredibly important!
