Tap Talks: Healing York County’s Waters

June 16, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Learn about York County’s waterways with Ted Evgeniadis, the Lower Susquehanna Riverkeeper.  During this month’s Tap Talks, Ted will discuss the state of our local streams and the mighty Susquehanna River. It’s been 50 years since the signing of the federal Clean Water Act in 1972. What has occurred since then, and what is our progress? Join us to answer these questions and more!

Tap Talks are a fun, informative series of presentations on water quality topics. These events are scheduled at various locations around Pennsylvania and highlight presentations by local Water Resource Professionals and Penn State Extension Master Watershed Steward Volunteers.

We’ll finish the night with a round of water trivia with swag and prizes!

A portion of beer sales will be donated to help fund the Street 2 Creek Storm Drain Art project in York.

This event is in partnership with the Watershed Alliance of York, the Lower Susquehanna Riverkeeper Association, and Collusion Tap Works.
