We’re in need of Volunteers for pre-event set up (Sept. 20) , post-event breakdown and day of event – (Sept. 21) – on the water and land.
Some examples of Volunteer tasks are:
PRE-EVENT
- Set up tables, tents and chairs
- Stuff racer goodie bags
- Pack up bins
- Organize merch
- Hang Posters
- Engage local sponsors

- Food Tent Set Up
- Food Tent Attendant
- Bartenders (Ramp Certified)
- Tabling Assistants
- Awards Ceremony Assistant
- Sprints for the Susquehanna Table Attendants
- Raffle Ticket Sales
- Event Photographers Videographer
- Drone Photography/Video
DAY OF EVENT – on the water
- Craft Caddies (assist racers with getting their craft from car to water)
- Safety Kayak/Canoe
- Safety Boats
