Fred is a proud River Rat and lifelong resident of the Long Level area. He spent most of his career in the Newspaper industry and retired from the York Daily Record and Sunday News where he served as President and Publisher. Active in the York Community he has served on many local Boards including The YMCA of York County, Martin Memorial Library, York County Community Foundation and others. Fred enjoys many outdoor activities including fishing, hunting, golf, boating and more and is committed to protecting our environment.
